Half-timbered house with powerful oak beams and a two-story corner bay window from 1683. Here lived Jakob Theis, who served as the last watchman of Frankenberg, watching over the church tower until 1897. From 1927 to 1963, the building served as a youth hostel. Restored as a residential house 1977 – 1988.
